To ensure the safety of your checked baggage, please lock your suitcase and pack it in cardboard boxes or woven bags. Please do not include cash, jewelry, securities, valuables, or flammable or explosive items such as lithium batteries in your checked baggage.
We recommend attaching or affixing a name tag to your checked baggage to facilitate identification in the event of a problem.
Valuable items, digital electronic products, fragile or perishable items, etc., are not allowed as checked baggage or packed inside checked baggage.
Important Documents and Valuables
Important documents and materials, travel documents, currency, securities, jewelry, precious metals and their products, antiques, calligraphy and paintings, medical first aid supplies, and other items requiring special care are not allowed as checked baggage or packed inside checked baggage.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on civil aviation flights within China, but may be checked as checked baggage. The packaging of alcoholic beverages must comply with relevant civil aviation regulations.
Liquids
Liquids are prohibited on domestic flights, but may be checked. They must be packaged in accordance with relevant civil aviation regulations. You may carry a small amount of cosmetics for personal use on board. Each cosmetic product must not exceed one container, and the container must not exceed 100 ml. The container must be placed in a separate bag and subject to inspection.
Friendly reminder: “You may only carry one small amount of cosmetics for personal use on your travels, and the container volume must not exceed 100 ml.” This refers to the size of the cosmetic container, not the amount of substance contained. Please pay special attention to this rule.
For passengers arriving from abroad and connecting to domestic, international, or regional flights at airports within China, duty-free liquids brought into the country must be placed in an intact, sealed transparent plastic bag. You must present your purchase receipt and pass security inspection before they can be carried.
On international and regional flights, each person may carry 100 ml of liquids. Passengers on international and regional flights departing from airports within China are required to carry no more than 100 ml of liquids per item. Liquid containers must be placed in a resealable transparent plastic bag with a maximum volume of no more than 1 liter. Each passenger is only allowed one transparent plastic bag at a time; any excess must be checked in.
Transparent plastic bags containing liquids must undergo separate security inspections. For passengers on international or regional flights originating from a domestic airport and transferring through a foreign or overseas airport, if you purchase liquids at a duty-free shop in the terminal or onboard, please retain your receipt for inspection. Purchased items should be placed in sealed transparent plastic bags and must not be opened. If foreign or overseas airports have special regulations regarding the carriage of duty-free liquids, please comply with those regulations.
When purchasing duty-free liquids, please inform the salesperson of your transit point and destination, and inquire about the regulations regarding the carriage of liquids on board in your country or region.
